Bacon Pancakes

That’s right, you bacon-and-pancake-lovers, you can now enjoy bacon not only with your pancake, but IN your pancake!

The “recipe” is simple: Cook your bacon strips till almost done, then pour about 1/4 cup of any standard pancake batter over each strip of bacon (be sure to leave room between each bacon pancake on the griddle). Cook till the batter begins to form bubbles on top, then flip and cook for about one minute more.


Variation: Stir cooked, chopped bacon into your pancake batter before cooking.
